Shared by Alecia Batson @AleciaBatson
I once got very upset with a FedEx driver who would not pull over for me while I was driving a fire truck with lights and sirens to a medical emergency call. I took to Twitter to share my feelings and almost immediately received an apology from FedEx. I even received a personal email from one of their VP’s. Twitter works.
