I once got very upset with a FedEx driver who would not pull over for me while I was driving a fire truck with lights and sirens to a medical emergency call. I took to Twitter to share my feelings and almost immediately received an apology from FedEx. I even received a personal email from one of their VP’s. Twitter works.

Shared by Carl Kwan @CarlKwan

There is just hard work, perseverance, and attitude. This is a really great post we all need to read from time to time as a reminder.
When I think about how much time I spend each day sitting at a computer, whether it be recording auditions, recording voice-over jobs or working on my blog… then I read this… it kind of scares the crap out of me and makes me want to go for a jog or something.
Really… this needs no explanation. :)
